Cut round outer diameter of Strobe, cutting or punching centre hole to suit your machine. Attach to your Phonograph cylinder mandrel using low tack adhesive. |

View under artificial light and adjust the speed control until the bands in the ring appear stationary. Your Phonograph mandrel is now rotating at the speed indicated on the Strobe |
